Our cakes are still made from scratch with the finest ingredients.We also have a fluffy, not too sweet butter cream icing to top them off.
There are many combinations and options to choose from whether you need a decorated cake or just need a layer cake for dessert. If you need a decorated cake it is best to call in 618-344-1115, or come in to talk about your options.
We prefer at least 48 hour notice on decorated cakes. For major holidays and graduation season, it is often best to order a week in advance due to the large volume of cakes at this time.

- Ribbon Cake: A layer of white, yellow, chocolate, and pink. Available in 8″ 9″ 10″.
- Split Lemon: Yellow cake, split and filled with our home made lemon filling. Available in all sizes.
- Fiesta Cake: White cake, split and one layer filled with raspberry and the other with lemon. Iced in buttercream and topped off with toasted coconut. Available in 8″ 9″ 10″
- German Chocolate: We make our German Chocolate Cake the traditional way: whipping the melted chocolate into the egg whites to make a mellow flavor. We also cook our own icing, it’s loaded with real butter, pecans and coconut!

All of our fruit pies are 8″ and have a lattice crust top except the crumb topped pies. Our cream pies are also 8″. We cook our own cream fillings and top them with real meringue.
