Strawberry whip cream rolls
Cream Puffs: Filled with our home made custard.
Cannoli (call for availability)
Radio Bars: Chocolate cake topped with our homemade marshmallow then dunked in a bath of milk chocolate. (call for availability)
Peanut Squares: Yellow cake enrobed in glazing then rolled in crushed peanuts. (call for availability)
We make short paste tart shells, paint them on the inside with chocolate and then fill them with various fillings. We also make some of these in a tartlet size and some are also available with a chocolate tart shell Some fillings that are available:
- Custard topped with assorted fresh fruits
- Custard topped with fresh strawberries
- Chocolate custard
- Lemon Chocolate Mousse
Paczki: Polish Donuts, available just prior and during Lent. These are made with a richer dough than our jelly donuts and filled with Povidla (prune), raspberry jelly, lemon, or custard then rolled in powdered sugar. We also make one with diced apple filling rolled in cinnamon sugar.
Available only during the Mardi Gras season before Lent.
Hot Cross Buns (available only during Lent)
Holiday Bread: A large round loaf made with a richer dough, almost a cross between challah and brioche, and white raisins. Some cultures call this Paska, houska, or bulkie.

Marshmallow Chick Cupcakes: Frank Kruta still comes in to make these! White cupcakes topped with marshmallow to look like chicks then covered in different colored sugars (served during Lent/Easter).
